How do you eliminate cheating if golfers don't have a USGA Handicap? It's simple,
1/We trust that you are being honest about your Handicap.
2/Whatever your GROSS score is at the end of competition puts you into "that flight". It is the fairest way to score without requiring a USGA/GHIN Handicap.
A: If you shoot "Within" your designated "Flight"; you are "Scored In" your Flight, along with others in your flight.
B: If you shoot "Below" your designated "Flight"; you are "Scored In" the flight below you.
C: If you shoot "Above " your "Flight"; you are eliminated from competition. So, it does not benefit anyone to "lie about their Handicap". What you shoot is what you shoot.

Modified Peoria
- Many golf tournaments have players who do not have established handicaps, and the Peoria System is yet another one-day handicapping system for tournaments in which the golfers do not have real handicap indexes.
- The Peoria System uses a player’s scores from that day’s round to gauge their potential and calculate their handicap.
- This is how the Peoria System works. Before the tournament starts, the tournament organizers secretly select six holes, one par 3, one par 4, and one par 5 from each nine, which the players are unaware of.
- All players tee off and play stroke play.
- After the completion of the round, the tournament organizers reveal the six secret holes.
